What it’s about / Job Description

As Customer Service Representative your mission is to support e.g. Sales Managers with technical assistance providing high quality service during the commissioning of the ADB Safegate equipment on site, troubleshooting any issues with our products or systems and following-up of the sales process from A to Z. Your main task is to contribute to customer satisfaction by being the first contact when information is needed by e.g. handling services requests and claims in time and looking for the best solution for both the customer and the company. This acquires process handling and keeping the customers up to date on a regularly basis. You visit Airport Maintenance Managers to better define their needs which requires traveling abroad especially to Russia and Eastern Europe on regular basis. In addition to helping customers, your know-how is needed in supporting and training other Customer Relation Representatives worldwide and also being consulted by sales when it comes to the preparation and handling of maintenance contracts. You reclaim ADB Safegate’s customer promise by providing top notch customer service every day.

Must-have’s to succeed in this role

  • Technical background: electrical and/or electronic engineer or equivalent by experience (not IT)
  • Good oral and written communications skills in English and Russian, Finnish is an asset

Desirable skill-set

  • Commercial sensitivity and driven by customer satisfaction
  • Sense for initiative and internally motivated
  • Ability to build relationships and will to help people by problem-solving and top notch service
  • Ability to travel at least 50 days a year
